💬 In the brief project description box, let us know your preferred time within that window — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

📲 We’ll text you a link to a RingCentral video call before the requested meeting time along with the confirmed meeting time.

What to know before your Virtual Estimate
- You’ll need a mobile phone with a camera.
- Make sure your space has good lighting.
- If possible, know the approximate square footage of larger rooms (living areas, kitchens, foyers).
- For showers or small bathrooms, square footage isn’t necessary.
- We’ll ask you questions about the surface, so be prepared to point things out (e.g., grout color, surface condition, waxy coatings) and to go over your concerns. You don’t need to be an expert
What to Expect from a Virtual Estimate
With over 15 years of experience, we can confidently provide accurate estimates through video.
While we can’t physically touch the surface, we know exactly what to look for—and what questions to ask—to get it right the first time.
We may occasionally recommend an in-person follow-up if something is unclear or complex.
Some conditions—like missing grout, topical coatings, or color sealers—might require closer inspection.
Square footage helps us understand scope but is not used to determine price.
